The present invention relates to an individual junction block for the compensation of the cold weld of a thermoelectric couple that consists of a microcircuit sensitive to the temperature of the surrounding environment, inserted at the output of the compensation cable 5 which, in a thermoelectric couple, connects the hot weld to the cold weld, at the level of the latter, to add to the electromotive force produced by the thermoelectric couple a correcting voltage that is a function of the difference between the ambient temperature and 0 degree C; the microcircuit is fitted to the circuit board supporting the measuring chain 3 associated with the thermoelectric couple, via a multi-bridge socket 4 where the block containing it is connected. <IMAGE>
