Brake arrangement for an operating device for linear movement consisting of a cylinder 1 and a piston which is movable therein, a rail 3 fastened on the outside of the cylinder 1 and parallel to the axis of the latter being arranged along essentially the entire stroke of the piston, which rail is provided with sliding surfaces 8 formed on opposite sides, and with a cavity which extends inside and along the rail, and also a slide provided with sliding blocks 15, which can move along the rail, is guided linearly by the sliding surfaces 8 and is connected to a driver 2 connected to the piston. In this connection, a duct 10 is arranged along the rail 3, which duct, starting from the cavity 10, opens in one side of the rail between its sliding surfaces 8, as a result of which the rail has two legs, at least one of which can act resiliently in the direction transverse to the cylinder axis and with one surface can interact with a brake body 21 which is mounted on the slide and provided with a brake surface 22, depending on the pressure prevailing in the cavity. <IMAGE> |
