The rush splitting equipment splits rush stalks in two strips, slices the strips into pieces of a width, peels the skin from the pith, and discharges them. The equipment comprises a splitter (1) where a feeding guide (11), a seeling device and guides are fixed to horizontal tables (10,10') and endless rubber belts are wound between a driving roller and vertical rollers, a splicing member (2) where a lower roller adjusted by a spring and a butterfly nut is rotated round a fixed roller, a peeling device (3) where a band type blade is equipped at wheels on a bracket, and a discharge device where pressure rollers, and rubber belts are assembled.
