<p>The toilet tank with partial discharge device comprises a tank (1) with a hole (15) in its bottom for connection to a discharge pipe (3), a water supply valve (6) for filling the tank up to a first predetermined level (H), a normally closed total discharge valve (14) and a device for operating said total discharge valve (14). The latter valve (14) has a stopper consisting of a pipe (13), which is in communication with the discharge pipe (3), and a plug (14) which is adapted to engage with the hole (15) in the tank bottom. The stopper pipe (13) is provided with openings (13a), the lower edges of which are located at a height corresponding to a second predetermined level (h), which is lower than said first level (H). The stopper pipe (13) has a partial discharge valve (13a, 13b, 13c, 16) associated thereto, which normally keeps said pipe (13) closed below said openings (13a) and, when an appropriate control device (5, 16c) is operated, opens the passage from the openings (13a) to the pipe (13), thereby permitting the tank (1) to empty to the partial discharge level (h).</p> |
