FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for assessing microbial spectrum of endometrium for etiologic diagnosis of chronic endometritis (CHE), that comprises sampling a uterine mucosa fragment, and quantitative assessing a sampling control value by the PCR-method in real-time, if this value is lower than 10GE/sample, result is considered to be incorrect, of total bacterial mass, a positive result, if the value is more than 10GE/sample, determining the number of gene-equivalents of microorganisms and comparing said number with threshold value (TV), using a diagnostic panel including Lactobacillus spp., absolutely or opportunistic microorganisms, such as Eubacterium spp., Enterobacteriaceae, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp., Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus spp., Peptostreptococcus spp., Prevotella bivia/Porphyromonas spp., Gardnerella vaginalis, Atopobium vaginae, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma spp., Candida spp., Trichomonas vaginalis, Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma genitalium, Herpes simplex of 1 and 2 types, Cytomegalovirus; if the number of absolutely-or opportunistic microorganisms is more than the threshold value, the potential value of the given microorganism is determined in etiologic diagnosis of chronic endometritis.EFFECT: proposed method allows qualitative and quantitative describing microbial spectrum in the uterine mucosa in females for 1-2 days, that provides higher accuracy of etiotropic CHE diagnostics.1 cl, 4 tbl, 3 ex |
