FIELD: astronautics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, namely to devices for soil sampling, performing channels for installation of research sensors and other devices at a specified depth, and can be used for studying planets, comets and other celestial bodies. Ultrasonic drill consists of a piezoelectric converter of electric oscillations into mechanical ones, a concentrator-amplifier of mechanical vibrations a working tool, devices of vertical displacement and swinging motion. Working tool has a peripheral tubular section with a diameter exceeding the diameter of the piezo converter and a central conical section. Between the central and the peripheral sections there are through channels. Working tool is mechanically and acoustically connected to the concentrator made in the form of a metal rod of variable cross-section consisting of interconnected by smooth transitions cylindrical sections of different diameter and length, herewith the concentrator section connected with the tool in a cone-like manner changes the diameter from the diameter of the connection site to the diameter of the piezo converter, on its outer surface there are soil-removal channels.EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of drilling.1 cl, 1 dwg |
