The agent comprises 300-630 microns diameter glass balls of 0.75-0.85 g/cm3 density, having SiO2 40-50, PbO 20-25, B2O3 5-7, CaO 10-15, Na2O and K2O max. 5, TiO2 0-2 per cent. The balls are coated with polymer film, with blending with toner in the ratio 100:1. The triboelectric capacity of the prod. is 4-8 micro/g of toner. The balls are washed with aqueous soln. of detergent, for drying at 100 deg.C over 24 hrs. coating with the polymer by spraying for 10-20 mins. with vibration at 70-90 deg.C for 30 mins. cooling, sorting and blending with the toner in a double mixer for 10-15 mins.
