The invention refers to a heat exchanger cleaning device for heat exchangers with partial or total obstructions, by combining percussion and rotation motions under a continuous water jet. The device, according to the invention, is composed of a rotary percussion pistol, to which are attached, by threading, metal rods of various widths, provided with inner channels for the passage of water, and on whose end is attached, also by threading, an attack head of Widia alloy, having apertures for outgoing water jets. The device is powered from a 320 V electrical outlet, by using a frequency converter providing output current of 200 Hz and a tension of 200 V.
