The apparatus dries agricultural products such as vegetables or fruits and marine products such as seaweeds or fishes in a short while, also prevents the decay in storing or transporting the packaged dried-products. The method comprises evaporation process for evaporating the moisture contained in dried products by hot-air convection in drying chamber; drying process for accelerating the moisture evaporation in vacuum state; antiseptic process for inserting inert gas to the drying chamber in order to impregnate the dried products, and for preventing the decay from the moisute reabsorption.
