A Process to Manufacture Conductive Composite Articles A resin transfer molding process to manufacture conductive composite articles for lightning strike and EMI protection. The method includes the assembly of a metal wire mesh and a fabric preform to a resin transfer molding tool. The metal mesh and fabric preform is adhered to the tool, interfaced to one another, or receive a second metal mesh or fiber preform. The interfacing parts are adhered with an adhesive resin film which is chemically and physically compatible with an injection resin.
