(A) 100 wt. pts. of the base resin comprising 5:95-95-5 wt.% of (A-1) and (A-4), (A-2) and (A-3), (A-1) and (A-2); (B) 0.5-30 wt. pts. of org. flame retardant; (C) 1-20 wt. pts. of antimony trioxide. The graft copolymer (A-1) is prepd. by bulk, suspension or emulsion polymerization of one or more monomer selected from aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, vinylcyan monomer or (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer in the presence of dien type or alkylacrylate rubbric component and bromostyrene of formula (I). (A-2) is prepd. by bulk, suspension or emulsion polymn. of the said monomer (5) in presence of (I), (A-3) and (A-4) is prepd. by said process of (A-1) and (A-2) in not presence of (I). X = 1-5.
