The invention relates to methods and devices for simultaneously heating several localised zones of the cutaneous covering. A device according to the invention which uses disc-shaped heating elements (1), having a small diameter (1 to 2 cm) and a small thickness (several mm), including an electrical resistor (4) and a thermal micro-sensor (5) which are embedded in a resin (6), the whole being covered on all surfaces, except one, by a reflector cap (7), which is itself covered by an insulator cap (7b). The resistor and the micro-sensor are connected to a supply apparatus (2) which comprises as many separately controlled circuits as there are heating discs, it being possible for the temperature of the latter to be adjusted over several degrees by means of a potentiometer (12). All of the circuits can be disconnected by means of a push-button (18) which activates a circuit breaking all the supply circuits. An application is in the medical field, for performing moxas, that is to say the stimulation of certain acupuncture points by means of heat. <IMAGE>
