摘要 |

A process is described for the production of a dynamically loadable, crosslinkable composite material comprising an elastomer matrix with an embedded strengthening support layer of woven textile fabric. Before embedding in the elastomer matrix, the fabric is prepared using an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resin and latex and is dried. An adhesion-promoter layer of a crosslinkable, polar rubber in organic solution is applied to the dried fabric. The dried fabric provided with the adhesion-promoter layer is coated with a thin layer of rubber blend and embedded in the elastomer matrix. In order to produce a composite material which ensures good adhesion between the strengthening support layer and the elastomer matrix even under high flexural fatigue stress, an organic solution of toluene containing chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) as crosslinkable, polar rubber is used to apply the adhesion-promoter layer.
|
