Deriv. of formula (I) and their acid addn. salts are new. In (I), R=H, NO2 or NR'R'' in which R' and R'' are H, 1-4C alkyl or 1-10Cacyl, or NR'R'' is a 3- to 9-membered ring; R1=H, 1-4C alkyl, 1-10C acyl, 6-8C aryl or 1-4C alkylsulphonyl; R2=H or (when a double bond is present in the 2,3-position) also halogen; R6=1-4C alkyl; and the broken lines represent optional double bonds. Four cpds. are specifically claimed, e.g. 3-(9,10-didehydro-6-methyl -12-nitro-8alpha-ergolinyl) -1,1-diethylurea.
