<p>A dual valve mixer tap characterized in that the water flows are turned on or off and mixing is adjusted by means of a dual-valve ceramic disc water cartridge (14), comprising a hot water valve and a cold water valve. The invention is also characterized in that the rods (36, 37) for controlling the sliding discs (34, 35) are caused to rotate by means of a single tap, in that the mixed water flow is adjusted by means of a ceramic plate seal (42) and in that, in the case of a mixer for baths, the seal also acts as a bath/shower selector providing a mechanical return to the bath position when the mixer tap is turned off. Each of the separate outgoing flows passes through a ball valve which automatically discontinues the filling operation.</p> |
