<p>In a power circuit module for motor vehicles, a component consisting of a circuit board, a housing lid and switching elements is introduced into an open housing. In order to obtain a more effective power circuit module which can be manufactured more quickly and conveniently, it is proposed to use a group of T-carriers, on the centre webs of which in each case smart power MOSFETs are fastened and which are positioned parallel to one another on the circuit board by means of retainers, in this arrangement touch one another with their T-crosspieces and thus produce an essentially closed contact face. When mounting, this contact face abuts the inner face of the housing, by means of which the heat arising is passed on to the vehicle body connected to the housing. <IMAGE></p> |
