A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 30-70 wt.% of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing 70-80 wt.% of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing 70-80 wt.% alpha-methylstyrene, 10-20 wt.% acrylonitrile, and 5-10 wt.% N-phenylmaleimide, and adding 10-20 wt.% of vinyl type monomer or its mixture to the reaction product. (B) 20-50 wt.% of a graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 40-60 wt.% rubbery polymer having a particle size of 800-2000 angstrom and a monomer mixture consisting of styrene and acrylonitrile, (C) 5-35 wt.% of a graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 35-55 wt.% rubbery polymer having a particle size of 3000-5000 angstrom and a monomer mixture consisting of styrene and acrylonitrile. The resin composition has a high impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability.
