<p>A known method for mounting drive elements, e.g. cams (2) or end flanges (3), on a hollow shaft (1) by expansion of the latter in segments, is improved to the effect that the plastic deformation is predominantly passed on to additional supporting sleeves (4) arranged inside the hollow shaft opposite to the drive elements. This results in greater freedom with respect to selection of the material for the hollow shaft which can then be constructed, e.g. from two layers (5, 6). The expansion takes place in regions (9), limited by seals (10), of a pressure probe (7) to which pressure fluid is supplied via a channel (8). <IMAGE></p> |
