The method is used in building water-conduit networks, reservoir lakes, bridges, etc. It allows the tower construction to be made up of different materials - metal, reinforced concrete, plastics, etc. It shortens the period of building and ensures the safety of the installation works. The method consists of building a cup-shaped foundation (2) and telescopic elements (12) with the tower on it. Then the peak construction (24) is performed. The telescopic elements (12) are concentrically placed wall elements, the most inner of which is a steel cylinder with a bottom (8). It is lifted by feeding a fluid under the bottom of the cylinder (8). At its upper end is fixed structure(10), bearing frameworks (11) for performing the peak construction and the concentric wall elements (12) for the tower body. The tower body is lifted by feeding a fluid under the bottom (9) of each of the concentric wall elements.
