The device applies to biotechnological studies and production. It allows single or several experiments, parallel or shifted in time, with the same or different technological parameters and savings of funds, time and energy. The device consists of at least two fermenters (6 and 7) ,with the necessary sensors and union nipples , fixed through spring clamps (5) in independently thermostated tanks (4). The tanks (4) are symmetrically located on a base plate (1) around a vertical hollow column (10), supporting in its upper end an electric motor (13),connected through a belt drive to vertical spline shafts (20),supported by a cross-bar (18). At the shafts (20) are mounted the upper halves (21) of height -controllable magnetic clutches, the bottom parts of which are built in the covers (23) of the fermenters (6 and 7).<IMAGE>
