ROTARY DIE CUTTER The present invention provides a continuous feed machine for die-cutting paperboard blanks or blanks of similar material in which box blanks of any length can be die cut. This is accomplished by providing a rotary die cutter which rotates intermittently to bring the die into contact with the blank only at spaced time intervals, while maintaining the die roller stationary in the interim as the material moves between the rollers. The invention also relates to a method of operating a rotary die cutter to cut a material at widely spaced locations.
