The automatic system consists of cable storing device (2) with two rollers (3,3') sensor (4) for detecting the seams, guide roller (5) cylinder (6) for preventing the reverse rotation of the roller, three rollers (7,7',7") for conveying the cable, counter wheel (11) and pressing roller (10) connected with solenoid (8) and cam limit switch (13), and automatic winder (12). An upper roller (3) mounted in the cable storing device (2) can be moved in the upper and lower direction for the cables. A pressing roller (10) is connected to switch the upper counter wheel by the action of solenoid (8). The auto-winder (12) mounted on the auto-coiler (13) is rotated for 360 degree angle.
