The microwave leaked to a stem of input terminal is reduced by depositing metal disk on an input side metal tube (14). The metal disk has two through holes (18,19) through which cathode terminals are passed and one or more slots (30) are formed asymmetrical to the center of the disk. The length of slots is half of the length of the microwave and the slots acts as resonant filter.
