PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which enables weight reduction of a member capable of moving in a fore and aft direction in a structure where a seat cushion moves in the fore and aft direction.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat includes: a pair of rails 50 fixed to a floor of a vehicle and extending in a fore and aft direction; a pair of sliders 60 which engages with the pair of rails 50 and may slide relative to the pair of rails 50; a cushion frame 10 fixed to the pair of sliders 60; a driving source 80; and a transmission mechanism 90 which receives a driving force transmitted from the driving source 80 and moves the cushion frame 10 in the fore and aft direction.
