NEW LIPASE AND MICROORGANISM

摘要

A lipase having lkali- and linear alkylbenzene sulfonate tolerance is prepd. by (a) culturing Pseudomanas sp. J-19 KFCC 10705 screened from soil at 25 deg.C for 3 days in the medium contg. glycerin, soybean oil, linear alkylbenzene sulfonate etc., and (b) separating from the culture broth. The obtd. lipase is useful for the prodn. of synthetic detergent.
