<p>The device comprises a sensitive element (1) intended for immersing into a liquid to be analyzed and comprising a reference electrode (5), a sublayer (2) made of a material inert to biological liquids and covered with metal layers forming a working and an auxiliary electrode (3, 4). On the surface of the working electrode (3) a film (6) of an electro-conductive polymer of an artificial bioreceptor membrane is formed by means of electrochemical polymerization during which the potential of the working electrode (3) is controlled in relation to the potential of the reference electrode (5). The structure of the film (6) comprises corresponding bioreceptors (7) and the external surface of this film (6) free from the bioreceptors (7) is covered with a blocking coating (16) obtained by means of immersing the working electrode (3) into the solution of a blocking agent. The device further comprises a recording unit (13) and a control unit (9) comprised of, consecutively connected, an amplifier (10) connected to the reference electrode (5), an analog-to-digital converter (11) and a programmable controller (12) switched to a controlled electric current source (8) and to the recording unit (13). The outputs of the current source (8) are connected to the outputs of the working and the reference electrode (3, 4).</p> |
