The invention relates to an apparatus for producing binder coated stone material for compressed air repairs, especially for road patching, said apparatus being intended for mounting on a vehicle (1) and including at least one discharge hutch (3) preferably communicating with a hopper (2) for the stone material (4), a binder container (23), at least one spreader nozzle (10) connected to the discharge hutch (3) via a first conduit (9) and via a second line (24) to the binder container (23), as well as means (49-51) for controlling the amount of delivered stone material and binder material. The nozzle (10) is swivelably arranged on the vehicle (1) and preferably in front of it. Binder (22) is sprayed out in a direction from the outer periphery of the nozzle and in towards the stone material flowing out from the central portion of the jet, thus causing the binder to come into contact with the stone material outside the nozzle itself. The stone material (4) is continously, uniformly deliverable through the nozzle (10) with the aid of a delivery screw (5) arranged before the first conduit (9) and extending through the discharge hutch (3) and a predetermined distance outside it, the part of the screw outside the hutch (3) being enclosed by a casing (7) and connecting up with a cone (8). There are also means (49-51) for regulating the amount of the delivered stone material and binder material, these means being actuable either at the nozzle (10) or from within the driver's cabin of the vehicle (1). |
