Tert. phosphine is opt. triphenylphosphine hydrazine is opt. hydrazine or its hydrate, and the solvent is opt. C1-4 aliphatic alcohol. The catalyst is use in the stereoselective hyrogenation of methacycline for oxycycline preparation. |
