The invention concerns a siphon structure for drying cylinders of a paper machine. The siphon structure is situated in space D within the drying cylinders 10 of the paper machine into which steam is introduced via centrally positioned steam tube 13 from the condensate and steam couplings of the drying cylinders and from which space D within cylinder 10 condensate water is collected via a siphon tube 15. The siphon structure according to the invention includes a hinge 20 between siphon tube 15 and condensate tube 16 in which motion of siphon tube 15 is concentrated. <IMAGE>
