23347-16 A hydraulic braking system for a pair of bobbin mounting cones. The system comprises pumps connected via sheets to each of the bobbin mounting cones, and are equipped with reduction units. The reduction units are connected to a source of hydraulic fluid by way of a reducer and value unit. The two pumps are hydraulically connected. As the speed of the mounting cones tend to increase the quantity of fluid flowing through the pumps is controlled by the reducer units which thus tends to brake the mounting cones.
