摘要 The method comprises; setting up setting zone (8) into which steam of 60-100 deg.C is sprayed through steam spraying inlet (9) between taking-in roller (5) and winding roller (6), winding in a way that surface speed of (5) is 20-200 % higher than that of (6) to form cheeze, and dip-dyeing in a conventional way. This method eliminates cumbersone manufacturing process and lowers process manpower and cost caused by frequent broken yarn occurrences, and also improves dyeing defect problems, such as stained dyed yarn, etc.
