PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a length of a jib from being restricted by a length of boom while securing smooth operation when rising and falling the boom.SOLUTION: The crane with a jib comprises: an expansion boom having one or a plurality of boom bodies stored in a nested fashion in a base-end boom provided in a turning body to so as to rise and fall; and a jib which is attached to a tip part of the outermost boom body to be used, while stored at a side of the base-end boom. The jib is formed to be equal in length to the base-end boom or longer. The base end part of the jib is connected movably to the tip part of the base-end boom, and the tip part of the jib is turnably supported to the turning body at a position separating toward behind the crane from the base end part of the base-end boom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
