PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate change in printing image quality due to pixel position shift in a printing medium.SOLUTION: A control device for a printing execution portion comprises: a half tone processing portion which executes half tone processing by which multiple gradation values constituting image data, whose gradation numbers are more than the types of formation states of printing pixel, are converted into dot data constituted of printing pixel values representing the formation states of the printing pixel; an error matrix acquisition portion which acquires plural types of error matrixes, which include a first type of error matrix which is used when pixel position shift is generated by a first amount and a second type of error matrix which is used when pixel position shift is generated by a second amount different from the first amount; and an evaluated image data generation portion which executes the half tone processing using the plural types of error matrixes respectively, and generates evaluated image printing data representing a plurality of evaluated images corresponding to the plural types of error matrixes respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25 |
