PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering/holding mechanism, a delivering method and a delivering system which can relax impact to an object to be delivered during delivery to prevent deformation thereof, and reduce displacement of a holding position and speed up delivery.SOLUTION: A first holding mechanism 200 adsorbs a bottom part of an object and a second holding mechanism 300 adsorbs an opening end part of the object. The first holding mechanism 200 and the second holding mechanism 300 have respectively negative pressure introducing members 210 and 310, contacting members 220 and 320 which can move relative to the negative pressure introducing members, energizing members 230 and 330 which energize the contacting members against the negative pressure introducing members in a direction of a holding surface, and guide members 240 and 340 which regulate movement ranges in a suction direction of the contacting members.
