PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver shaping device capable of performing efficient laver shaping work without downtime.SOLUTION: The laver shaping device 17 includes a continuously movable conveyor belt 6 stretched to at least two rollers of a first roller and a second roller 3, provided in front and rear. A function of a traditional sheet-making box is given to the conveyor belt 6, and a shaping function is given to the carry-out side of the conveyor belt 6. More specifically, the conveyor belt 6 permeates only water contained in a raw laver 9 and drops the water without permeating the laver. The second roller 3 has a width shaping function which shapes the width of the raw laver 9. The laver shaping device 17 includes a third roller 12 disposed adjacent to the second roller 3, and the second and third rollers 3, 12 have a thickness shaping function which shapes the thickness of the raw laver 9. The laver shaping device 17 includes a single ultrasonic cutter 23 placed in the vicinity of a position where the raw laver 9 is isolated from the conveyor belt 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
