The method prepares fertilizer using agricultural, aquatic and industrial waste. The method of preparation comprises (A) mixing 47.0-78.0 wt.% source material of excrement sludge of domestic animal and human, butchering waste, food waste, and amino acid fermentation by-product; 18.8-47.0 wt.% sub-material (1) made by heating at 250 deg.C, drying and crushing vermiculite zeolite and loess; 1.6-6.0 wt.% sub-material (2) made by mixing and crushing sawdust, rice bran, alcohol pitch and beans; and 0.1-4.0 wt.% sub-material (3) selected from magnesium, caustic soda, soda ash, fish oil and fatty oil; and (B) stirring and fermenting in aerobic condition.
