The apparatus comprises a cutter (2) for pulverizing soy bean, a cylinder vessel (1) for separating the pulverized bean centrifugally by using a filter (3), a driving member that rotates the cutter and the cylinder vessel, a guide vessel (5) that keeps the separated soy bean oil, a forming plate that receives the soy oil from the guide vessel, heating members (7,8) and a solidifying part (20) that heat and solidify the soy oil, a temperature control mbmber (9), and a drive controller (10) that controls the operation time, the pulverizing time, the centrifugal separating time, and the heating time. |
