PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method that can form a formed article by accurately punching the formed article from a work-piece, to provide a forming apparatus materializing the forming method, and to provide a formed article formed by the forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A forming method includes a clamping step, a strain removing step and a punching step. In the clamping step, a work-piece 50 is biased and clamped by a punching part 10a opened of a punching hole 11a corresponding to an outer circumferential shape of a formed article 50a, and a sealing part 10b provided with a space part 15b between the work-piece 50 and itself, and sealing along the whole circumference of the outward of the punching hole 11a. In the strain removing step, the fluid filled in the space part 15b is pressurized to a first pressure P1 in which the work-piece 50 is not punched out by the punching hole 11a, and the strain generated in the work-piece 50 is removed. In the punching step, the fluid is pressurized to a second pressure P2 in which the work-piece 50 is punched out by the punching hole 11a, and the formed article 50a is punched out from the work-piece 50. |
