PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice analysis device and the like, which reduce an erroneous determination when identifying whether a voice obtained by voice obtainment means is an uttered voice of a wearer or that of a person other than the wearer.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 includes: voice information obtainment means for obtaining information related to voices from microphones 11, 12 that are placed at different distances from a generation region of a wearer and obtain a voice of a speaker; process means for obtaining a frequency spectrum representing a relation between frequency and intensity of the obtained voice and applying processing for eliminating, from frequency components contained in the frequency spectrum, a frequency component within a predetermined range; and self-other identification means for identifying whether the voice obtained by the microphones 11, 12 is an uttered voice of the wearer or that of a person other than the wearer, on the basis of the frequency spectrum processed by the process means. |
