<p>Method and device for carrying out processing operations on carcasses of slaughtered animals with the hind legs hanging from a conveyor, which processing device can move along with the carcass halves in a controlled manner in the direction of forward movement, and is provided with a neck stop and with two stops which are movable at right angles to the direction of forward movement, and which grip tightly on the carcass on either side.
