The object of the invention is an equipement for regulating a person's level of natural activity appropriately according to day and night times and for achieving a more gentle and natural awakening. This equipment consists of a source of light (5) with necessary connecting wires and leads as well as devices for suspending it and a timer (3) for directing the switch-on time of the light source. The devices which are used primarily for waking people up, like alarm clocks, are unpleasant. The equipment according to this invention consists of a directional device connected to a timer, favourably a voltage output device (4), for gradually adjusting the intensity of the light coming from the source of light (5) when the source of light (5) has been arranged to radiate light which is adjustable in its intensity and wavelength. |
