Integrated circuit comprising an amplifier with variable gain having a first transistor (T1) with a load (R1) which are mounted in invertor mode, and which is controlled by a first signal (RF) at a first frequency, and which furthermore has a branch, formed by a capacitor in series with a transistor (T3) mounted in variable resistor mode, the impedance of which is modulated by a second signal (OL) at a second frequency. In this circuit, the amplifier with variable gain comprises a second transistor (T2) with a load which are mounted in invertor mode and which are arranged in series with the first transistor (T1) and its load, between the latter and a DC supply (VDD) so that the two inverting transistors share the same current, the second invertor being controlled by the output from the first invertor, and the impedance (T3) modulated by the second signal is applied to the common point between the load of the first inverting transistor and the second inverting transistor, in order to modulate the gain of the latter. Application: telecommunications.

|
