<p>PURPOSE:To control permeability of a capsule film freely and precisely by a simple method by bringing a solution of a water-soluble chitin derivative, which is used for forming a capsule, into contact with a fluid after controlling an ion intensity in the solution beforehand. CONSTITUTION:In a production of capsule body, wherein a water-soluble chitin derivative such as chitosan etc. is used as a film forming material, an ion intensity in a solution of that water-soluble chitin derivative is controlled beforehand. Then, a fluid containing polyanion polysaccharide or its salt is brought into contact with the solution of water-soluble chitin derivative, so that permeability of the capsule film increases, its protein concentration decreases and the protein becomes more permeable through the capsule film. The capsule body with a controllable permeability is thus obtained under a mild condition.</p> |
