The apparatus regulates a blade not to get vibrated or twisted when driving the blade mounting an object lens so that it can make the object lens project laser light on a disk track without eccentricity. The apparatus comprises the object lens (11) projecting the concentrated laser light on the disk track; the blade (10) winding T-coil (13) and F-coil (12) round its circumference; a base (17) having magnets (1,2) and a yoke (3) protruded to form a magnetic field in the T-coil (13) and F-coil (12); the magnets (1) arranged on both sides of the blade (10); the other magnets (2) positioned in a distance from the magnets (1).
