PURPOSE:To provide the picture transmitter revising simultaneously all pictures displayed on a monitor screen through one revision of the monitor screen. CONSTITUTION:This picture transmitter is a picture transmitter provided with a transmission station 20 and a reception station 21 interconnected by a communication line 22, and the transmission station 20 is provided with plural picture input memories 27-1-27-4 storing respectively picture data inputted from a camera selected among n-sets of cameras, a changeover means 28 connecting one or plural camera output stages to an input stage of the plural picture input memories 27-1-27-4 and a picture data synthesis means 31 synthesizing respective pictures stored in the plural picture input memories 27-1-27-4 to generate one division picture data.
