The present invention relates to a pressing roller apparatus which can adjust the distance between a pair of rollers precisely and bear a high load. The pressing roller apparatus comprises: an upper roller and a lower roller; a hydraulic cylinder for elevating the lower roller to adjust the distance between the upper roller and the lower roller; and a fine elevation adjuster which supports the hydraulic cylinder and finely adjust the distance between the upper roller and the lower roller through fine elevation. In the pressing roller apparatus, the fine elevation adjuster comprises: a screw extended linearly to be in parallel with a horizontal supporting surface on the horizontal supporting surface; a motor which provides power for rotating the screw; a horizontal moving block which is inserted to the screw, reciprocates along the longitudinal direction of the screw depending on the rotation direction of the screw, and is provided with an upper inclined surface tilted obliquely and a lower inclined surface opposite to the horizontal supporting surface in parallel with the horizontal supporting surface; and a cylinder-supporting block which supports the hydraulic cylinder and is provided with a lower inclined surface which is opposite to the upper inclined surface and is tilted obliquely in parallel with the upper inclined surface so that the cylinder-supporting block may be elevated or dropped depending on the rotation direction of the screw when the screw is rotated.
