The present invention relates to an inductor and a manufacturing method of an inductor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inductor comprises: a core insulation layer having a through via; a coil including multiple coil patterns formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the core insulation layer and a through via formed to penetrate the core insulation layer to be electrically connected to the coil patterns; and an insulation layer formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the core insulation layer to bury the coil.
