<p>Graft copolymer particles which are produced by grafting one or more vinylic monomers onto a composite rubber composed of a polyorganosiloxane component and an alkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component and in which the number-average particle diameter is 0.01-0.07 νm and the volume of the particles having diameters greater than 0.10 νm accounts for 20 % or less of the total volume of the particles; a process for producing the graft copolymer particles by grafting one or more vinylic monomers onto a composite rubber prepared by polymerizing a polyorganosiloxane wherein the number-average particle diameter is 0.003-0.06 νm and the volume of the particles having diameters greater than 0.10 νm accounts for 20 % or less of the total volume of the particles with an alkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component composed of an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a polyfunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate; and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the above graft copolymer and various thermoplastic resins. The graft copolymer particles and the thermoplastic resin composition can provide a molding having excellent pigmentability and extremely high impact resistance.</p> |
