According to an aspect of the present invention, fiber plate manufacturing equipment has an immersion unit which comprises: an immersion container wherein a floor surface is formed to be inclined, and a composite liquid is provided in an internal space for the composite liquid to be absorbed in a mat-shaped fiber moved to the internal space; a first moving roller provided at one side of the floor surface of the immersion container to move the fiber to the internal space; a spray pipe provided in an upper portion of the first moving roller to spray the composite liquid to the fiber moved by the first moving roller; a second moving roller provided in the internal space to move the fiber into which the composite liquid is absorbed to the outside of the internal space; and a first circulation pump individually connected to the immersion container and the spray pipe to circulate the composite liquid.
