The present invention relates to a foreign language learning system and a foreign language learning method. The present invention stores each foreign language text data and an audio data which pronounces the foreign language text data by a native speaker through connecting start time information of each word pronunciation and end time information of each word pronunciation in each word unit, thereby being able to listen and learn the audio data in word units, phase units, and sentence units depending on a learner choice and can improve learning efficiency of a learner by providing a function capable of listening both an audio data which is solely pronounced in the whole sentence and an audio data which is prolonged-pronounced with front and back words when the learner chooses a specific word.
